To achieve this, we elicit and capture the customers’ needs in a way that does not prescribe a particular technology solution. Once the customer needs are understood we analyse them and in collaboration with the organisations subject matter, experts propose a number of conceptual solutions. Often this requires market research and collaboration with suppliers. As conceptual solutions are identified we establish the criteria to determine the relative merit of the solution.

When combined with our Capability Optimisation services, we can also evaluate the business benefits of the technology solutions and develop a sound business case for investment.
