Systems
We provide Systems Engineering services to product manufacturers, system integrators and enterprise organisations. Systems Engineering deals with the complexities and risks associated with the development and procurement of technology solutions. Our approach aims to satisfy user requirements by balancing the technical requirements with the non-equipment Defence Lines of Development (DLoDs) and within the constraints of the project cost and time schedule.
Assurance
We cover all activities required to ensure that any delivered system or service is fit for purpose, that it meets all contractual, technical and legal requirements and is compliant with appropriate standards. Specific capabilities include specialist systems safety consultants and CLAS qualified information assurance specialists.
Bid and Programme Management
We provide Bid and Programme Management services either as an integrated part of the client organisation or as an independent team. Our offer includes the full range of skills essential to get a project or programme off to the right start and to deliver on time and to cost. We also provide assistance to organisations to introduce effective working practices to meet specific needs. Our consultants are APMP and PRINCE2 qualified members of professional bodies and have many years of experience.
